Finding Apps On Watch

I know this is probably something so easy and once i read the answer i will want to kill myself but here goes...lol

How do you find the apps on your phone or widgets that you download..

On my watch i have the normal ones ~Heartrate, calories, steps etc..but i added Skywatch..i see it on my Garmin Express IQ/Apps but when i go to rearrange the widgets i don't see that one and it's not on my watch..please help an old lady...lol
  • It's confusing because Garmin has 4 kinds of apps, each of which is accessed in a different way:
    - Applications <_<
    - Widgets
    - Data fields
    - Watch Faces

SkyWatch is an application, which is like the existing sports/activities (Run, Cycle, etc.) on the watch.

I don't have a 735xt, but I think it's pretty similar to the 630 which I used to have. To launch an app:
    - From the clock face, press start
    - Scroll to Connect IQ/Apps, press start (skip this step if there's no "Connect IQ" or Apps in the list)
    - Scroll to your app (e.g. SkyWatch), press start
  • Press Start > press Up ('Apps and Activities') > find 'Apps' > press Start
