Forerunner 735XT - all buttons have stopped responding and not charging

HI all,

Hope someone can help me. I have the Garmin Forerunner 735XT and suddenly the buttons have stopped responding. The watch is on and operating but I can't do anything since the buttons are not responding. Second, when I plug it in to charge it does not begin to charge.

Hopefully someone has an easy solution to this! Thank you.

The non-responsive buttons could be an accidental lock? Try holding up button for >2 secs. However I don't think that affects charging (but might affect the display showing it is charging?). Or a reset by holding light button >20 sec? Mine has crashed a couple of times in the past and required the latter. It seemed to have required more than the normal 20 sec though. Good luck.
