Forerunner 645 battery drain 7.2 update

Since 7.2 update my Forerunner 645m is draining battery 100 to 0% in about 4 hours. Also the battery indicator is not changing the battery procentege but shows the last value since it was disconnected from charger. Anyone with same issue?

7.2 seems very buged...

    Similar experience for me. But not sure it's related to an update or not. My 645 has been flawless in the 4(?) years I've had it. I noticed the battery suddenly drained about 20% in a couple of hours late last night. I charged it to 100% and went to work. It's not even 10am and it just died.

    Hi, I managed to solve the problem. What I did is made a full reset but didn't connect the watch to the phone for one day. It was on, just not connected. Next day I reconnected and synced and everything is back to normal. Garmin support was responsive but they insisted it is a hardware issue. I am not sure weather they just don't care or are unaware of the bug.

    Thanks! I charged it when I got home that day and it seems fine now. Three days later and it's at 86%.
