So I'm currently into week 4 of the Amy coach 5k plan.
And it started with a benchmark run. Afterwards 2 weeks of walk/run repeats. Going from
(5 minute walk/7 minute run ) x3 /2 minute cooldown to
(1 minute walk /7 minute run) x3 /2 minute cooldown
Loved it and I was excited for the next step.
But then in week 4 I had to do a run or 1.61km.
I got a regular run instruction, nothing special. So I did that.
But now I already did it twice and now she is increasing the distance to 2.35 km and then again a 1.61 km and then a long run of 4km.
Afterwards again a 1.61 km.
Why all those 1.61km? It's just a 10 minute workout. Seems so strange that she is increasing and then decreasing again.
Or is it normal?
