I have a curious answer, I am testing out different stats and now I am testing out to seven day training load. I am over 2000 and while feeling a little tired, I am actually feeling better overall then under a lower training load. About the 2000s showing as too high and I'm not sure how high it's really can get. I also don't think I want to find out. But does it make sense to have a very high training load yet feel better then under lower training load? Should my body be exhausted?
