I follow a program for a 10k under 1:05:00 with Garmin coach Amy. I can (sometimes easily) complete all trainings she prescribes me, except the Superset trainings (after w-up 1 ore more sets of 200 m almost as fast as you can + 600 m a bit slower but still faster than race goal pace + 1600 m on race goal pace, then 5 minutes rest). Still, the app is fully confident that I will reach my goal (green zone, close to purple zone). Can anyone tell me how to deal with this? Should I skip the Supersets? Should I do Supersets, but with shorter distances and/or slower paces? The program is not responding to my training failures so far, meanwhile I have even changed my goal to 1:10:00, trying to get it to "respond" manually.
