645 GPS lost connection and never connect again

Using Garmin 645, not music version. Firmware: 6.40

During my recent two long runs last Saturday and this Saturday, the watch lost GPS connection around 14k of my 32k long run and never got connected again. The pace and distance is not acturate, it's simulate as I'm running on treadmill.

GPS+Glonass mode with calculating every second

Again this Saturday it lost GPS connection from 8k of my 23k running, the course I'm running is the one I'm doing everyday, most of the time GPS works fine but it appears twice connection issue. Do not know why GPS lost connection and failed to connect again.

Can you please help to deliver a firmware to fix this issue? - I saw a couple of people had the same issue with Garmin645.

Are you still having the problem? Mine will no longer connect to satellites as of April 25th. Tried reset and firmware upgrade but didn't solve

The same with me in last three days, time and pulse recorded but no distance or height gain. Unable to save or transfer data. Also no wifi and blutooth connection. Thw watch had worked fine for 10 months until this event. Why does no-one from Garmin ever respond to forum questions due to product failure?

Nobody from Garmin reads these forums pretty much! It's a user forum where people can help each other if they can. You need to open a support case with them if you want assistance.

Thanks Jkissane, I realised that the forum is for members, just think it would be good customer relations for Garmin to post advice in answer to forum problems if only for goodwill!

Good news is that a full factory settings reset of the forerunner 645 and reinstallation of Garmin Connect on my phone enabled a full new setup of wifi and blutooth connections on the watch and now the forerunner 645 (not music) is working correctly. The original internet connection problem had brought up the error code 0500 on the phone so a factory reset might help others with that issue.
