Warmup with intervals

I don't know how to add a warmup to an interval workout. I set up 9 times of 3 minutes hard with 2 easy. I can start that workout easily enough. But, if I want to warmup up for 7 minutes before I strt, is ther a way to add that to my total workout?
  • Select you activity profile and hold UP the go to Workouts > Intervals > Edit... At this screen you can set time or distance for your Rep and Recovery... Then set WarmUp on and Cooldown On (if you want)... When you start just run to warmup an once you decide to start the workout just press LAP and good luck... The same for cooldown... after your last recovery it will show Cooldown so you run slow an when you finish just press LAP an the workout is finish
