I have a Mac computer and for some reason i have trouble getting my device to connect..it says searching for device and then spins..
Every once and awhile i get lucky and it connects...
You posted earlier today in another thread that you were unable to turn your 645 on. Has this been resolved, or is this the reason why you can't connected to Express?
Not a perfect solution, but I've found that if I close the program and restart my computer right before I try to connect it works a lot better. I also click on the sync button before I hook up my watch and wait until the pop up screen prompts me to "Plug In Your Device". Then just be patient, sometimes it can take a few minutes before it looks like it's syncing.
