I'm 72 years old and dropped down from 7000 foot elevation to 5500 and posted a 53 VO2 max on 2 mile walk at a 14:30 min/mil pace, up from 35 the day before at 7000 feet. I have a Forerunner 45. Should I celebrate or is it a glitch?
