it turned off for me

Mine has done the same Twice this week while showing 40% battery. Mine is about 2.75 years old so I am guessing this is the lifetime of the battery?

I have the same issue - it turned itself off on Sunday and again today during a run.  I’ve had it for about 2 years I think.  Am based in the UK

Same problem here. Every now and then during a run the F45 suddenly turns off so I need to power up it again. This occurs also by pressing the Lap button. Battery indicator shows 20 or 40%. Firmware v. 5.40

2479739 Please make sure your watch is up to date. The latest version is 5.40-- You can find this from long-holding your middle left button and scrolling down to Settings >About. If you are up to date, please reach out to our Australian Support. You can chat or speak to an agent over the phone from the bottom of THIS page.

If you are not up to date, please check out Installing the Latest Software Update. If the Connect app didn't send over an update, follow the listed instructions using Garmin Express.

Check your software version from your 'About' screen and let me know what it's on. It should be on 5.40.
