Hi,

I use my tacx app on the PC with ant+ antenna.

The Tacx software sees the antenna.

But my FR doesn't see the Tacx ant+ sensor.

How can I pair my FR45 with the Tacx app?

You can't, unless the app transmits something conforming to one of supported ANT+ profiles. Do you know what kind of data does the tacx app transmit?

The tacx app must not transmit, but receive heartbeat data from my FR45.

In that case the FR945 does not need to see the ANT+ sensor. It's the tacx app that needs to see the FR945 (as a heart rate sensor). Turn on heart rate broadcasting on the FR945, and that should do.
