Average pace while running

Hit the start button, select ‘run’, scroll down and select ‘data screens’, it will then show your current data fields that you have, press ‘start’ where there is a pen icon, scroll to the the field where your pace is (mine was Field 3) and press select/start, it probably says ‘pace’ but if you scroll down about 7 times then ‘average pace’ is listed there for you to select and apply.
