Went for a swim watch stopped working

Got my forerunner 35. Supposed to be waterproof. Done water aerobics and watch stopped working. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I suggest contacting Garmin Support (chat or call for fastest response). Assuming the watch stopped due to water damage, you've had it less than 1 year, and you didn't take the watch down below 50 meters…

I suggest contacting Garmin Support (chat or call for fastest response). Assuming the watch stopped due to water damage, you've had it less than 1 year, and you didn't take the watch down below 50 meters, it should be covered by Garmin's warranty. The Forerunner 35 has a water rating of 5 ATM and per Garmin's specifications is suitable for swimming. Water Rating Definitions

Don't Swim or Shower with this Watch if you want it to Last Many Years.

Clean with +- 70% Alcohol after Every Activity using a cloth. Swimming will damage the Watch.

It does not have Pool Laps or Swimming activity.

Being released in 2017, likely it's out of warranty. Regardless, I would contact Garmin Support to see what they will do for you - https://support.garmin.com
