No Lap times displayed

Hi, using the forerunner 35 for 3 months and great until my last two runs. On the last 2 times, pace etc all recorded & correct alerts when running however when I save the run no lap times are present, the screen is blank. When I sync to my phone the steps are counted etc but not recorded as a run so no map etc

Any help is welcome.

Nothing of any use. I uploaded the corrupt file & got the run recorded, no laps etc though. Sync the watch & then restore the default set up, the activities on the watch are lost but are still on the app. Watch hasn’t caused me issues since though.

I'll give that a go. I fear it may be a factory reset! Think of all the PB the watch will give me now!

If you have it all on the app you can sync your records back up but lots of new pb’s will also be encouraging!
