I have a Forerunner 235 which I primarily use to record runs. I’ve recently started the Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred workout and I’m wondering how best to record this on my watch? I have the Garmin Connect app on my phone and this links in to My Fitness Pal app.
I think I would just need to know heart rate and rough calorie burn
Any suggestions or help appreciated.
