Short version, with more development if needed.
When I run with my hearth band wahoo the garmin training effect is always lower than expected. Working at average zone 4, with max zone 5 for 1 hour it gives me a TE (Training Effect) of 3.2.
Personal stats, hr zones, etc are fine. Stats from the sensor fine too. Stats on the app too. The only issue is the TE lower than "normal/expected".
Imho it could be due the lower input frequency of the wahoo device compared to the oHR (optical Heart Rate) default form the device. The oHR has about x2 more points recording the signal.
Any ideas how to solve it?
It's not a "BIG" issue, but it would be awesome to be able to solve it.
