I'll explain my case,
I normally want 'don 't disturb' option to be ON so no vibration or sound alerts me, just the notification in my screen. The question is that when I activate everything works fine but every morning (at least it's when I check it) it turns unilaterally OFF. I've tried to look for an option in Garmin's connect that overrides my desired option but there is no general option (just the one I use in the watch itself).
- It is normal that when a watch update is installed it deactivates, it's not everyday and it's comprehesive but It is NOT NORMAL that the option re-deactivates itself if there's no O.S update
- I thought maybe it was the alarm, that after waking me up it was activating notifications again -> I deactivated all the alarms with the same result, deactivates don't disturb anyway.
- There is no general option to control this behaviour in the app, just in the watch itself.
I think the problem has something to do with the sleep mode, I explain, I think that after the night is (It's set up from 22h to 6h in the morning) when it goes to Do not disturb OFF. After 6am it thinks that it should be "disturbing" because the sleep time is over so IT RECONFIGURES TO DON'T DISTURB:OFF. It just an idea because I can't find any other reasonable one. the problem is I can not deactivate this option because there is no one, you just can change the period.
It turns me crazy because I have a friend with the same watch and he has no problems of this kind (It only deactivates after an OS Update but as I told you before it's comprehensive, but not that it KEEPS TURNING OFF THE OPTION EVERY ...... DAY.
Please help me, I have searched in the forums but they are not the same and I've tried everything told in the forum but nothing has worked.
