Forerunner 235 Rowing and/or Swimming

Hi, I would be so grateful if someone could please tell me how to install a rowing & swimming activity onto the Forerunner 235, step-by-step. Thank you, Ben

Rowing and swimming have never been native activities on the 235. If you search the IQ Store you might find CIQ apps that work with your watch for those activities though.
