I'm small too and don't have any trouble with it.
Best thing to do is to go to a store and try it on and see if the optical sensor will touch your skin.
Maybe the wrist bones will be on the way, but again, I think it's worth a trip to a shop.
OK for my wife, similar size.
As a watch it looks big, but because it is round rather than 'long' like the vivoactive 2 it is actually one of the better ones for small wrists.
vivoactive 1 is probably the smallest, but doesn't have the HRM built in of course.
If you cant try on a 235 for size locally the 220 is similar size, but the 225 is much thicker so stay away from that.
