Not able to upload activities to Strava?

Hi, new 235 user here!! I'm looking to upload all of my activities to Strava through my phone. The closest way I've seen to doing this is going to Settings > 3rd Party Apps > Strava, but it gives me the following screen:

I'm sure I'm missing something extremely simple here. Thanks in advance.

It didn't work for me in IE or Firefox, I had to use Chrome in the end.
Cant remember the exact error but it wasn't very obvious.
But works fine, on strava free account.
