After much research and contemplation I purchased my first GPS running watch, the forerunner 230. I created by first workout yesterday but have some questions as there isn't much information.
I usually begin my run with a 5 min warmup (walk) and end the run with a cool down (walk) I was able to successfully create this workout, however, when I finished I noticed it had reported everything as my run including overall pace. I am just wanting to see the pace for the miles run. How can I configure this? Also I received a VO2 score. Was this calculated with the walking as well?
