is there a plan from garmin to incorporate firstbeat ftp test protocol on the edge 1000?
Currently my 1000 has the clasic 20 warming - 5 min Z5 - 10 rest -20 z5 or target range- cool down
My friends with the 830 has as a test protocol warming- 4 min incremental steps. This is less stressful than the classic since it stops when hrv detects a new ftp value
