Transferring Fit Files With Only Bluetooth and WITHOUT Garmin Connect or USB??

The USB port on my Edge 820 is dead, so I can't access files on it via mass storage mode. I can obviously still transfer .fit files via sync with Garmin Connect (which I've already done) and download them individually. I was just wondering if anyone has been able to access files on the Edge directly via Bluetooth. I've been able to connect my Edge to my Window 10 laptop via Bluetooth, but it doesn't see it as an external drive. Thanks!

  • Not a direct answer to your question, but a ~month ago I could not get my 820 to connect to three different computers trying three different cables (9 permutations) while at home. I did a hard reset and it still wouldn't connect. I took it to work one day with the intent of having it on hand when I called Garmin support. Before doing so I connected it to a work computer and lo and behold, it worked. It subsequently worked with my home computers and cables. I have no idea how or why.
