The other day I had an accident and my incident detection did not notify my wife because my emergency contacts had been deleted when the app updated. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to get around this?
PKHotchkiss - That is an all around bad experience and I apologize that this happened. I would recommend reaching out to our Product Support, so we can create a case and escalate this for review.
