Garmin 520 - turn off

Dear all,

I have garmin 520 edge about half year. Last firmware update was to 6.20.

In lat month I have 3times when garmin turn off between ride. Batery was more then half in all cases. Garmin turn off and when I turn it on garmin want to save the ride. I just go on on every thing is ok.

What can be wrong with garmin ?

Try turning Auto Sleep off. Settings->Activity Profiles-> profile name-> Auto Features

If you have auto power off enabled and the unit turns off, you can turn it back on and resume your ride by pressing the Start button. You can ignore what it says about saving your ride if you just want to continue.

Turing off the auto power down will use more battery when you don't need it to.
