Cannot Pair Moto E4 Plus

I cannot pair my Moto E4 Plus with a new Garmin Edge 25 :

1) I have followed the official Garmin set up video using the Connect app

2) I get a first prompt to enter a key to pair - I enter

3) I then get a second prompt to enter a key to pair, as I attempt to enter the second key the window dissipaters before I have enough time to enter the key and I'm unable to complete the pairing

BTW yes I entered the key correctly the first time, my phones software is up to date the Connect software is latest version and the Edge 25 is latest version v3.30

Me too, same problem with a 1000. Connected to G4Play no problem and Samsung S6 & 7

Sorry to hear you are having issues. It should only ask for the code once. Something with the phone set up might be fighting the app. Please reach out to our support team and we will help find out what is going on.
