Today I ran my Strava and my Garmin device (Garmin Edge i30) at the same time on my bike ride today.
I rode for nearly 2 hours, chatting with my friend for parts of the ride. So not pushing myself too hard.
Strava says I burned - 809 calories
Garmin on the other hand - 1,350 cal (I don't feel I would have burned that much)
Garmin seems to be really high, does anyone find what's more accurate? My Garmin always seems to be higher than Strava.
