import files

I do hope you can help. I have planned a long distance route using another system, ie strava . downloaded the GPX FILES to my laptop which runs on win 10 home edition. then tried to upload the file to garmin connect using the import tool on garmin connect but keeps throwing up a error message. hope you can help.

Connect your head unity to computer, than put the file in the garmin\newfiles\ and restar the head unity

I use BaseCamp so I can import and edit the files and make a track. Then just drag the track into the 1030.

toffy Can you provide a link to the download and we can try and upload it to connect? Alternatively you can follow Samora directions and drop the .gpx file into the new files folder on the device which can be found at Garmin>New files>

wanting to stitch all these 4 routes together as 1. if possible can you please help
