My 1030 (alongside the standard connect mobile dropouts) drops the vivoactive hr's signal in an activity and will not pick it up again until the watch is rebooted and the broadcast restarted.
The fault is intermittent ( from 30seconds to 10 minutes at a time), and my own problem solving suggests that if I turn off Bluetooth on the watch (ie Disconnect from connect) the connection is more stable. I got through a 45 minute ride today without a dropout this way. I suspect when the 1030 loses phone connection it also jilts the hr broadcast, though it doesn't happen every time, and the phone drops are extremely frequent (30s to a couple of minutes max)
Is there a potential fix on the way?
