Firmware 4.00: Inaccurate FTP number (1235W), Strava and Connect both say 279W

The 1030 estimated my FTP at 1235W for my ride yesterday. As much as I'd like this to be the case, there's absolutely no way that's correct. Both Strava and Connect are estimating 279W for my estimated FTP for the same ride.
