Are there any plans to start sending the 3min stress test data to Garmin Connect. I find it useful but would like to see some trend graphs or similar to make it more useful.
When I export the activity page with csv (comma separated values), I can see there a column called "stress". How is this column being used? From where do these values come? From the 3 min stress test or from the all day stress measurement?
I have the vivoactive 3 and edge 1030. Both record HRV and the vivoactive represents this in it's stress graph. And this data is tracked throughout the day in a graph on GC. I've seen the HRV data in the 1030's fit file, but I'm not sure garmin is using it for anything other than that "performance condition" metric which pops up approx. 15 mins into ride. It would be nice for garmin to implement a stress graph for activities. Although you can download free HRV software and import your 1030 fit file to look at your HRV data.
adrm2016b, you might want to take a look at the "performance condition" graph on GC for your activity. It might be what you are looking for. I have no knowledge and haven't researched how they come up with that value, but I'm guessing its using HR, HRV, and possibly power. And it calculates that value throughout your activity.
