Part way through my swim today, my Garmin swim went blank and then said “Please wait” then “Connect to Computer” and it won’t do anything.
I’ve put the Ant stick in my laptop and updated Garmin Express. I’ve changed the watch battery but nothing is working!!!
It won’t download my swims from the last week and is literally stuck on this “Connect to Computer” screen.
Googling it suggests a firmware issue in that it has done the first bit of the update on the watch but not the second. I’ve followed their instructions on the website but sync keeps failing and the screen stays on “C to C”. I’m frustrated and currently have a swim watch that’s useless!!!!!!
