GPS accuracy problem during OWS

Bought a FR935 for OW swim and running tracking . running seems to be working great, OWS is really disappointing. went for a 2km swim, the watch recorded 430 meters...I turned to the Garmin support and they do not really admit the problem or help solve it.
I turned to the store where I had bought the watch and after an exchange of mails he agreed to change my watch for a new one (under warranty).
The GPS accuracy of the new FR935 (Software version 12.50) has functioned well for several weeks and has recently returned to erroneous measurements beyond the reasonable range (as indicated above).

Exactly the same watch, the same swimming spot, the same swimming style (freestyle).
I forgot to mention that I tried everything ... to run the GPS 10 minutes before I start swimming.
Wait 5 minutes after entering the water and make sure I start with a green indicator of the GPS.
Nothing really helps or improves accuracy.

Does anyone have an idea for me or do I need to understand that these are the capabilities of this watch until further notice?
I have already written to Garmin's support that a waterproof stopwatch I could purchase for much less money ...
