I am using FR955, and planning on using RD Pod to get native power for training purposes. However, I am just wondering if i should keep the weight setting fixed over time or if its ok to keep it up to date? Does it matter to change the weight, why?
Stryd has been known to recommend keeping the weight setting unchanged for some reasons, mainly to keep the data comparable historically. What's garmin has to say about this?
For your information, I also have Index 2 which automatically update the weight setting on both Connect and watch.
