Is there a way to turn off the sound + vibration alert for Performance Condition?

All sounds off, all vibrations off, Do not disturb on, and yet the Performance Condition alert still vibrates and chirps:)) Am I missing something?

Same my side. Couldn't find setting to stop the Chirp as yet..
