Still no crosshair on map after updating to 12.23

I saw threads saying crosshair is back after updating to 12.23. I updated this morning and there is no crosshair on map and navigation. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks.
I saw a post saying this is fixed in 12.23. A little disappoint that it actually doesn't. Now I don't know what is bug and what is feature that 955 doesn't have by design.
