training effect during activity different than after save to connect.

did a inteval activity (4x 2000M) where the watch was showing me aerobic 4.0 and anaerobic 0.9

after saving it i checked connect to found out that the values did change to aerobic 3.6 and anaerobic 1.6

i do not use running or cycling specific zones only the ''standard'' ones.

i'm on the 12.23 version, with the previous version this problem did not occur.

anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution?

Yes, see the other thread. I think Connect shows what you have configured but the watch uses the default zones, or something like that.

i use %LDHS with custom values

the fact i don't see the actual BPM is a little annoying but once setup it is no problem.

im going to test with another setting(based on BPM) to check if this changes anything.

the same problem - the training effect is not correctly calculated!
