Possible Bug: "You have recovered faster than expected" is shown even though watch is not on arm

I randomly get told I'm suffering a bout of high stress and I'm asked to start a breathing exercise.

But you had it on for the night? Did you have good sleep score etc? To me it sounds like it just happened to tell you that in a bad moment and nothing other wrong. So maybe like don't tell recovery improved/delayed if the watch is not on wrist and no HR is detected.

Occasionally I get a Storm Warning whilst driving uphill.

Default seems to be 4.0 mb per 3h, which to my knowledge means like 40 meters up/down.

Maybe some "if too big changes too fast, assume something else", but don't know how fast changes real storms have.

Randomly or more common after exercises? At least I feel like they come usually some hours after exercises... Like sometimes pretty soon after one, I might be getting HR too high alerts (which at least are most like try and I have that setting on)..

I get these reminders even on rest days.  Once while I was walking across the lawn of a health spa, when I couldn't possibly be more relaxed, my watch told me I was stressed and needed to relax.

Check the heart rate. I have these reminders if I am stressed up or HR is elevated after heavy meals or strenuous activities.
