Could it be possible to include complete definitions of the different types of workouts Forerunner 955 suggests in the user manual or make them available for download on Garmin’s website? I did my first sprint exercise today and missed the first sprint as I did not know whether the first sprint would start immediately after the 15 min warm-up or after a short rest period. I was also a bit surprised that the 10 min warm-down followed right after the last 10 sec sprint.
