My HRV status number has gotten lower the past few days and is in the amber, almost red - even though I had a rest day yesterday.
This fits with how I feel after struggling with heat and shortness of breath on recent runs.
But the suggested workout looks brutal - 7 x 1m intervals at 30s per mile quicker than I did last time I did some intervals.
Other times my stats have looked really strong and it just suggests a 40 minute base run?
I know I don't need to them but they seem completely wrong?
