Rungap and training readiness

Hi, I use my Apple Watch for a few different activities when I’m not using my Epix or 955 . if I use rungap to get that into Garmin connect will that also count towards my training readiness ?

  • I don’t believe so. Those activities aren’t reflected in your exercise load (unless they’re recorded with your Garmin) and therefore aren’t factored into training readiness.

I wear my AW during the day and only add the Garmin for activities that would likely have an impact on my training (running, cycling). I don’t use it for walks, stretching, etc. I also wear the Garmin at night and get a training readiness score every morning. All of the factors used for training readiness have data except for stress history, which usually reads “not enough data.”

  • Ok , thanks for the response
