Forerunner 955 Solar not detecting Varia 510 radar

Anybody else have a Forerunner 955 Solar (software version 11.12) not detecting a Varia 510 radar (software version 3.70)?

The Varia 510 is picked up fine by my Edge 530 but my 955 Solar can't even detect it.

Yep same issue on the regular 955, also on v11.12 but with the Varia 315. Picked up fine still be my Wahoo ELEMNT but the 955 won’t recognise it.

Odd. My 315 works perfectly with my 955 (v11.12).

There's definitely something odd going on here. Restarted by 955 and then it DID pick up the 315...however when the 315 is paired the menu doesn't work properly in Bike Mode - it only shows the option to Calibrate Power Meter, but not the usual options like "Training", "Bike Settings", or "Navigation".

This can be fixed by unpairing the 315.

So my process yesterday to get a ride working as intended was:

- Restart 955

- Start Bike Mode

- Load route on navigation

- Load workout

- Pair 315

Then everything worked fine. But if I tried to pair the 315 earlier in the process, it either wouldn't work (if done before the restart) OR would pair but then I'd be unable to use the navigation or workout functionality.

Very odd.
