Body Battery & stamina

Still using a fenix 6 and i am debating to get the 955 for the new stamina metric when i cycle. Is that like a live body battery ?

If you have a body battery at 100 when you wake up, is the stamina the same ? After a workout, do they show the same values?

Thanks

Stamina, I think its like W' in CP-W' model but based on HR not Power. You have to have HR Zones and HR Treshold setup rigth.

    1. The  problem is my threshold pace without heart rate is about 04:22 km and if i guide my training for the threshold detected by Garmin is 179 bpm and 04:43 km pace. Is a huge difference so my stamina is always wrong. I already disable the auto detection for threshold and maximum heart rate because threshold measurements from Garmin its completely off. Well, hope garmin in the next couple of months fixes all the bugs from this watch. This is the problem of put everything inside only to sell the product by specs, but in reality the majority of the selling points simply doesn't work properly

No. The two values are not obviously correlated.
