Yesterday my arm based HRM was loose for the first half of my run and it recorded at twice the actual heart rate. It has affected all the data: trading load, readiness, recovery. I saved it to the watch before I realized that had happened. After that I deleted the activity from the watch and Connect and its still impacting all the metrics ie says I need 49 hours to recover and training readiness is a 1. Any thoughts on what else I can do to get it back to normal?
