Training Readiness - conflicting information

The GC app summary shows one figure and going to the detail

shows a different figure

I believe the one in the summary is the current info, and the one when you drill down in the app is the status first thing in the morning.

Training Readiness updates throughout the day.

Both show the same for me, was 88 in the morning and now 83 after refreshing. But the same value in both sections

What is much funnier is that my training readiness and my HRV status give contra indicative data :

my training readiness says 83 ready to go

my HRV status gives the feedback that todays HRV is under my normal range and I should take it easy ♂️‍♂️

Training readiness seems fairly unreliable to me. I just did a 20 mile run with 2500m of ascent and my TR only dropped to 77.

That's a fairly beefy run at this point in my training block - while similar (but proportionally slightly shorter) long runs on the same route in past weeks have decimated my training readiness number.

Not super concerned about it, but at this point training readiness seems unreliable value as a fun curiosity.

Whereas body battery has always trended pretty much in line with how I feel.

That's some serious run! Yeah statistics are only useful if they are accurate for sure!
