The GC app summary shows one figure and going to the detail
shows a different figure 

Training readiness seems fairly unreliable to me. I just did a 20 mile run with 2500m of ascent and my TR only dropped to 77.
That's a fairly beefy run at this point in my training block - while similar (but proportionally slightly shorter) long runs on the same route in past weeks have decimated my training readiness number.
Not super concerned about it, but at this point training readiness seems unreliable value as a fun curiosity.
Whereas body battery has always trended pretty much in line with how I feel.
