Training Status - low aerobic shortage

I have my zones setup with heart rate reserve. My max heart rate is based on what I have measured in hard runs or races (like 10K) at the end. (with another watch)

I've seen this adressed in the forums more, but the only way I seem to slightly increase low aerobic is to run or cycle very low in zone 1, while to me, all activity in Zone 1 and Zone 2 should count towards low aerobic.

Does it just need to settle and measure most of it on its own (I just recently got the watch).
