I use my watch in the sauna at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. It really heats up but hasn't malfunctioned. Is there an issue here or am I ok to continue to wear it during my sauna sessions?

The issue with prolonged exposure to heat of such a device is that the glue that keeps things together becomes soft when heated, and this can lead to problems eventually. I mean, it's possible that nothing terrible will happen for years, but if you want to stay on the safe side, I'd avoid exceeding the maximal operating temperature.
