Forerunner 935 displaying my heart rate as a flat line in connect but not on watch

  1. Ive been having a problem with garmin connect showing my Forerunner 935 heart rate as a flat line when not in an activity but the watch has full detail and variations (no flat lines). It says no firmware update available and this has been constant for months now. Anyone else?
